People often ask me why we don't take more bookings. It's a fair question — the demand is there, the emails come in daily, and there are certainly weekends where I could stack two or three events back to back.
But that isn't the kind of bar we set out to build.
The Weight of a Single Day
A wedding day only happens once. There's no reshoot, no revision, no second chance at the moment your father lifts his glass to toast. When a couple entrusts their bar to us, they're trusting us with a night they will replay in their minds for the rest of their lives.
To take that responsibility seriously, we need time — time to design a menu that speaks to who you are as a couple, time to source the right glassware, time to test every cocktail three times over before your event date, time to breathe on the morning of and make sure every detail is set.
Twenty weddings a year is the number that lets us do that.
The Studio, Not the Assembly Line
Every menu we build is designed in-studio. That means an actual conversation — often over a glass of wine — where we ask about the drinks you loved on your first date, the syrups your grandmother made from garden herbs, the flavors that transport you back to summers in Texas Hill Country.
From that conversation, I hand-build three to five signature cocktails that live on your menu and no one else's. We print those menus on beautiful cardstock. We name the drinks after the moments that matter to you.
You cannot do this at scale. You cannot do this while running eight events on the same Saturday. You can only do this by choosing, deliberately, to book fewer weddings — and pouring everything we have into each one.
What This Means for You
It means we're not the right fit for every event, and we know that. It also means that when you inquire with us, you're not one of dozens of contracts to sign this week — you're a real couple whose date I'm considering carefully alongside a small, curated calendar.
We serve weddings, milestone celebrations, and private events across Texas — from The Vessel in Corpus Christi to Chapel in Gruene, from Milano Event Center in Sugar Land to intimate Hill Country venues. Our packages begin at a level that reflects the depth of work involved, and we're happy to share those details after a short consultation call.
